Here I share with you three healthy vegan smoothies full of nutrients, vitamins, antioxidants and so easy to make. You can choose between green smoothie, red one or orange.

Orange cake

Ok, so here it is, the recipe of orange cake, simple and delicious.

You’ll need only one 15 cm (6 inch) cake pan but, if you want, you can double the recipe for this orange cake and bake in two 15 cm (6×2 inch) round cake pans.


  • 115 g sugar
  • 1/2 orange
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds and water
  • 25 g oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 115 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 ml vegetal milk

Preheat oven to 175ºC and grease one 15 cm cake pan.

Cut 1/2 orange  in small pieces and process until smooth.

Combine flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl, set aside.

In another bowl stir sugar with chia seeds and water. Add oil, the orange smoothie, milk and finally combine two bowls slowly.

Pour mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in cake comes out clean.

Decorate the cake with berries or chocolate.



  • 115 g azúcar
  • 1/2 naranja
  • 3 cucharadas semillas de chía y agua
  • 25 g aceite
  • 1/4 cucharadita de salt
  • 115 g harina
  • 1 cucharadita de levadura química
  • 100 ml leche vegetal

Precalienta el horno a 175ºC y engrasa un molde de 15 cm.

Corta la media naranja en trozos y tritúrala bien.

En un bol mezcla la harina, la sal, levadura. En otro bol mezcla el azúcar con las semillas de chía y el agua, añade el aceite, la leche y la media naranja triturada. Mezcla el contenido del primer bol con el segundo.

Vierte la masa en el molde y espolvorea un poco de azúcar antes de hornear.

Hornea unos 35-40 minutos.
