Spanish below | These are more like donut-muffins (they are so thin)!!

Ingredients (6 thin muffins)

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup cacao
  • 1/3 cup vegan yogur
  • 1/3 cup plant bades milk (or water)
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • chocolate chips
  1. In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, cacao and salt.
  2. In another bowl mix yogurt, sugar and plant based milk.
  3. Add wet ingredients to the dry ones and stir until well combined. Add chocolate chips to taste, the more the better 🙂
  4. Spoon the batter into the muffin pan (less than half or for a big muffins, fill right to the top) , add more chocolate and bake at 180ºC (350ºF) for about 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Ingredients (6 muffins finos)

  • 1 taza de harina
  • 1/3 taza de cacao
  • 1/3 taza de yogur vegano
  • 1/3 taza de leche vegetal o agua
  • 1/2 taza de azúcar de caña
  • 1 cucharada de levadura química
  • Un poco de sal
  • Chips de chocolate
  1. En un bol mezcla harina, sal, cacao y levadura.
  2. En otro bol mezcla el yogurt vegano con el azúcar y el agua o leche vegetal.
  3. Añade los ingredientes secos (primer bol) al segundo bol y  mezcla hasta que esté todo bien integrado. Añade chocolate.
  4. Vierte la masa en el molde para muffins (menos de la mitad si quieres estos muffins finos o hasta casi completos si los quuieres más grandes). Añade más chips de chocolate por encima y hornea unos 20 minutos a 180ºC.
