Hamburguesa libre de maltrato animal. Elaborada a partir de arroz y lentejas.

 

Ingredientes:

• 1 taza de arroz cocinado
• 1 taza de lentejas cocidas
• 1/2 cebolla, cortada
• 1 diente de ajo
• sal y pimienta
• 3-4 cucharadas de harina
• perejil
• 2-3 cucharadas de salsa bbq • pan de hamburguesa
• lechuga
• tomates

  1. En una sartén con aceite caliente cocina el ajo y la cebolla.
  2. En una procesadora tritura la cebolla y el ajo cocinado, el arroz y las lentejas.
  3. Añade la mezcla en un bol, sal- pimenta, añade perejil y harina.
  4. Con la mano haz bolas y aplástalas hasta formar la hamburguesa.
  5. En la misma sartén añade un poco más de aceite y cocina las hamburguesas hasta que doren añade salsa barbacoa por encima.
  6. Prepara el pan añadiendo lechuga, tomates y la hamburguesa.

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt & pepper
  • 3-4 tbsp flour
  • parsley
  • 2-3 tbsp bbq sauce
  1. In a saute pan heat olive oil over medium heat and saute the garlic and onion until slightly browned.
  2. In a food processor combine onion and garlic with rice and lentils. Transfer mixture to a large bowl and add salt, pepper and parsley to taste. Then add flour or bread crumbs until mixture is thick and you are able to form a patty with your hands.
  3. Heat a large pan over medium heat with oil. Place the patty in the hot pan and cook for a few minutes until golden, Flip the other side and cook until golden. You can add some bbq sauce if you want.
