I prepared this simple vegan pizza with tomato sauce, onion and some vegetables and it was delicious! I didn’t have mushrooms this time but you can cook them and then add it to the dough before bake it.



  • 120 g flour
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • pinch salt
  1. Preheat oven 180ºC.
  2. In a bowl mix flour with yeast and add water, salt and oil. Set aside and wait 30 min-1 hour.
  3. Shape the dough and wait for 30 more minutes.
  4. Spread tomato sauce over dough, top with onions, tomatoes and drizzle with olive oil. 
  5. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven until crust is golden, about 10-15 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil, arugula, spinachs and pumpkin seeds or other toppings of your choice.
