Blueberries are absolutely one of my favorite foods to eat. I try to eat them every day and just love them in my morning smoothies.
Blueberries are rich in fiber, in vitamin C, vitamin K, and manganese. Can help protect against urinary track infections, improve heart health, can reduce cancer risk.. so today I want to share with you this vegan blueberry yogurt parfait that is absolutely delicious. I used soya yogurt and then I blended with blueberries, but you can use any kind of vegan yogurt you prefer.
- 1 soya yogurt
- 4 tbsp rolled oats
- 7 blueberries (aprox.)
Spoon oats into a clear glass. Blend soya yogurt with blueberries. Pour the mixture into the glass and finally sprinkle some oats and decorate with raspberries and more blueberries. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
- 1 iogur de soja
- 4 cucharadas de avena
- 7 arándanos
Bate los arándanos con el iogurt. Pon la avena en un vaso de cristal y luego añade el iogurt. Finalmente añade más berries y avena para decorar.
